Here is a comprehensive list of the many items available from Kathy’s Creations. So many tempting choices, and everything is unbelievably gluten-free! The bakery is open to the public Thursday and Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 4:00. When you drop in you’ll find a mouth-watering assortment in the showcase. For specific orders, call Tuesday through Saturday, and at least 72 hours in advance. Kathy is always testing new recipes, too, so you may find something not listed here, and if you’re hungry for something you don’t see, she’ll try to make a gluten-free version.
